White country bread with seeds


  • 560 mL of starter
  • 1400 g flour of type 500 or 550
  • 760 mL of water
  • handful of wheat germ
  • handful of pumpkin seeds
  • 1 tsp coriander seeds (if you like them)
  • 1 tsp black caraway seeds (you are sure to like them)
  • handful of sunflower seeds (optional)
  • plastic bowl that holds 5–7 L (a mixer bowl, if available)
  • tea towel for covering
  • 1 tsp of oil (if you want to move the kneaded dough into a bowl)
